Product features
1.Oil-free lubrication, avoid hydrogen pollution, suitable for fuel cell hydrogen supply
2.Zero leakage design, diaphragm/bellows seal, leakage rate <0.01%
3.High efficiency and energy saving, gas drive energy utilization rate >90%
4.Modular design, multi-stage series connection, adapt to different pressure requirements
5.Quick response, start-up time <1s, suitable for dynamic loads.
Application scenarios:
Hydrogen boosting at hydrogen refueling stations
Input: long tube trailer (20MPa) or electrolyzer (1~3MPa).
Output: hydrogen refueling machine (35MPa/70MPa).
Solution: use multi-stage gas-driven booster pump
Fuel cell hydrogen supply system
Input: low-pressure hydrogen storage bottle (5~10MPa).
Output: required pressure of the fuel cell stack (0.5~1.2MPa).
Solution: small gas-driven booster module, integrated into the fuel cell system.
Green hydrogen storage and transportation
Hydrogen production by water electrolysis (1~3MPa) → gas-driven boosting to pipeline pressure (10~30MPa)
